  • 합숙 연수의 효과를 극대화하기 위해 맞춤형 자기주도학습 프로그램 강화
  • 실습, 연습, 토론·토의, 발표 등 활동중심의 프로그램 운영
  • 연수효과 극대화를 위해 연수 후반기에 국외 연수를 실시하되, 국외 연수는 실습과 체험 위주의 프로그램으로 운영
